Pet photography in action; so much easier than it looks! 2019 seems to be the year of honing my action photography skills so after photographing disc (aka frisbee), fly ball and agility dogs, it only seemed fitting to move into the studio and attempt treat catch images with my best little model Ginger. 

This is easier said then done but after a few minutes both she and I were getting the hang of things; me getting a decent toss to her and timing the photograph just right to eventually catch the treat perfect framed inside of her mouth before she snapped it shut and her catching them with a strobe light going off in her face! What a little trooper she was and we eventually got a number of great images. I've put my favorite below, but to be honest, I think all the misfires are just as entertaining, so enjoy!
