Horse & Equestrian Portrait Photographer in Dallas-Fort Worth

For the horse-crazy girls (and the people who love them).

To me, horses are the epitome of grace and power. I love everything about them, from the way they move to their velvety soft nose and those lips that make a popping sound when they are trying to grab something. After dogs, they are a girl's next best friend.

I was one of those horse-crazy girls. I nearly fainted from excitement when I got my first pony at the age of 10, a POA named Starlight. By my teens I had graduated to a Quarter Horse gelding and practically lived in the barn. I rode every day, showed on weekends, and could not get enough of everything horse. Sound familiar?

I no longer have a horse of my own, but I hope to again one day. In the meantime, I live vicariously through the ones I photograph, and I bring that genuine love of horses to every single session.

As we plan your equine or equestrian session, we will cover everything from how to prepare both you and your horse (yes, grooming is not just for the horse!), what to wear, where to go, and which images matter most to you. I will guide you through every step so you can relax and enjoy the experience. We will create the kind of images you never thought possible, and as with all my work, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

I need help preparing for my session

"Tracy walked us through our outfit selections and gave us tips on what looks best together and in photos. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and would let us text her outfit ideas. Tracy gave great suggestions on poses and had a variety of ideas for different spots to photograph us. She was patient with us during the whole session and we didn’t feel rushed like we have with previous photographers."

Portrait Session Pricing

The portrait session fee includes the pre-session planning and design consultation for your session, preparation guidance, the session itself as well as the viewing and ordering appointment at the studio in Carrollton approximately one week after your appointment. All print products and digital negatives are sold separately.
