Have you always wanted pet portrait photos but thought "There's no way, my dog isn't trained like those I see on your website", or "How the heck DO YOU photograph a cat?". I've got breaking news for you, the vast majority of the animals you see here and on my socials aren't highly trained either.
Truth be told, I love to work with an animal that's going to bring the unexpected, it makes for more interesting photographs. In my experience as a dog trainer for 10 years, I've literally seen it all. You can't shock me, so don't stress and get the pictures!
As we plan your pet portrait portrait session, we'll cover a lot of information to ensure your pet is comfortable during the session. We'll discuss location, for example; do we need to find a park were we won't see other dogs for your reactive pup? Or do we need to hold your cat's portrait session at home where she's most comfortable? We'll talk about scheduling for time of day, do we need to take into account coordinating with a grooming appointment, and more?
I'll guide you through every step so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Your pet's portrait session will be custom designed to meet their needs and create the images that you've always dreamed of with your satisfaction guaranteed. Click for more information about what you can expect during your pet's portrait session.
After the session, we'll review the best of your images together and discuss any retouching questions. Leashes and eye boogers will be removed and a sprinkling of pixie dust added to make your images shine. You'll see the product samples available to you and decide how you'd like to enjoy the photographs whether it's something for the wall, an album or a digital negative package that you'll print yourself.
Experience a clean, natural, and minimal studio session on a white backdrop that beautifully highlights your pet, capturing authentic expressions and close-ups in the Penny Whistle style - perfect for pet owners seeking elegant color or black and white portraits.

"Tracy is incredible! Not only does she take beautiful photos, she’s professional, thoughtful, personable, and attentive. I was thoroughly impressed with Tracy’s attention to detail throughout the entire process and the level of knowledge she has on posing, backgrounds, and managing dogs during a photography session. Our Scooby shined bright in every single photo and we couldn’t be more happy that we chose Tracy to capture our dog's portraits."
