Fall is a beautiful time to schedule your family portrait. Even in Dallas, we enjoy a couple of weeks with colorful leaves on the trees and the ground and I am always busy during that time.

Family portraits need not be a chore, would you guess that we created all of these images in a 30-minute Holiday Mini Session? That's right! I regularly photograph dogs, kids (and husbands) so am a master at keeping things moving, fun and light. Full portrait sessions with more poses and groupings (i.e. mom and daughter, dad and sons, etc.) run about an hour, but even then most people say "Wow, that went by fast" when we're all done.
