It's week two of the Pet Photography 52 Week Project and the theme is "moody". I've made it a goal in 2021 to photograph specifically for the weekly theme as much as possible in an effort to push myself creatively.
I thought of a few ideas for this theme but settled on trying to photograph a moody animal so I put out a model call for a "grumpy cat". Some of the replies I received were pretty funny but when I saw the pictures of this big guy, I knew I had my subject. His mom assured me that he was moody and when he came into my Carrollton studio, he didn't disappoint. I give you Optimus Prime, grumpy - and moody - cat.
