Equine and Equestrian Portrait FAQs - Dallas-Fort Worth

Everything you and your horse need to know before the session.

Horse people think about things other photographers never consider, whether to braid, which tack to use, how to get a 1,200-pound subject to look at the camera. I think about those things too, because I have been around horses my whole life.

Below are the questions I hear most often before an equine or equestrian session. The equine and equestrian portraits page has the full picture, and reaching out directly is always welcome.

I need help with posing

"Tracy did such a great job and she was wonderful to work with. She knew exactly what to say to help me pose and made the overall process super fun! I definitely recommend her and would love to work with her again."
- Asia J.
